This is not the same setting as the FS22 in-game setting for head tracking, this is a vorpX specific setting. The standard default profile that is located in local section has head tracking on and for some reason this has the opposite effect in the game. This profile should at least give you 6dof tracking. Next select "Cloud Profiles" and search for "Farming Simulator 2022" under Game/App and select "Farming Simulator 2022 ", import settings and then apply. This kept changing my game resolution to something awful. Then start vorpX and go into configuration menu, right click tray icon, select "Configure vorpX", select "General" tab and checkmark "Don't optimize game settings". My setup: Before starting the game in vorpX, setup the graphics for Farming Simulator exactly the way you want it.

Why the developers have not added any VR support for this yet is beyond me, I guarantee the developers are playing this game in VR in their spare time. It is absolutely incredible to play this simulator in VR. You don't notice it so much when you are driving equipment around since everything is moving. My biggest gripe is that when you are standing still, I feel the world around me kind of keeps twitching. I have been playing FS22 exclusively in VR the past three weeks. You can find the video either searching my name or for: "Farming Simulator 22 in VR (vorpX)" I had posted the text below including a link to a short Youtube video I made showing how it looks in VR, but the moderators took it down. I cannot wait till this is a native thing one day. Sadly, in the end, its just not optimized enough to play for longer periods. Clipping happens often if you turn too fast. It was not totally smooth, it stutters a bit in the beginning and gets a little better over time as you play. It was so immersive driving around on my farm in my equipment and getting out and looking at all my fields and shops in this virtual environment.
Yesterday I played about an hour of FS22 using my Quest2 VR headset linked to my PC using VorpX.
